ResiFlex Device Control
After successfully onboarding a device to Residential Flex, customers can manage and control their devices through Kraken's Control APIs.
Set device preferences
The setDevicePreferences mutation allows users to set their desired operating parameters and control settings for
their registered devices.
For EVs and charge points, preferences typically include charging schedules, changing charging preferences. Other device types have similar preference controls specific to their functionality.
Boost charge device
The updateBoostCharge mutation is used to either trigger a boost charge or cancel a boost charge.
A boost charge will manually cause the car to begin charging, ignoring existing smart control charges.
Update device grid export
The updateDeviceGridExport mutation is used to update the grid export preference for a device.
This is only valid for Electric Vehicles, not any other device type.
