Customer Feedback

It's important to collect and action customer feedback to maintain and improve customer service. To enable us to easily collect feedback, we often use the core customer feedback process. This is essentially three forms that the customer can fill in depending on which option they choose from an email we send:

Happy

The customer indicates they are happy with the service they received

Neutral

The customer indicates they are neither happy nor unhappy with the service they received

Negative

The customer indicates they are unhappy with the service they received
